This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit slaykesh.com, place an order, contact us, or interact with us on Instagram, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

1. About Slaykesh

In this Privacy Policy, "Slaykesh", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Slaykesh Natural (OPC) Pvt Ltd, P-66, Surya Nagar, Unit-7, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India, 751003. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, order details, messages you send to our customer support by email, phone or WhatsApp, product reviews you submit, and your email address or phone number if you sign up for offers.

Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card or bank account details.

Information collected automatically: when you use our website we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, products added to cart, and how you arrived at our site, using cookies and similar technologies.

Instagram: if you comment on our posts or message us on Instagram, we receive the information described in section 5.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, to handle returns, refunds and customer support, to send you order and delivery updates, to send you offers if you have agreed to receive them, to answer questions you ask us on Instagram, to understand how our website is used and improve it, to measure and improve our advertising, to prevent fraud, and to meet our legal obligations.

4. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

Our store runs on Shopify, which uses cookies to operate the website, your cart and checkout. We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website, and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API to measure our advertising and show relevant ads. These services may receive information about your visit and your purchases. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings.

5. Automated Replies on Instagram

When you comment on a post or reel on our official Instagram account (@slaykesh), our automated system, built on Meta's official Instagram API, receives that comment. If your comment contains a product keyword (for example "mask", "serum", "kit" or "review"), we send you one private message on Instagram with the product details, price, a discount code and a link to the product page. Every automated message says at the start that it is an automated reply.

What we receive: your Instagram username, the Instagram ID Meta gives us for your account, the text of your comment, the comment's ID and the time it was posted. If you message us on Instagram, we also receive your message.

What we use it for: only to send the product information you asked for and to answer your questions. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to send you messages you did not ask for.

Who processes it: Meta Platforms (which runs Instagram) and our hosting provider, Netlify, which runs the automated system for us.

How long we keep it: the automated system does not keep a database of comments. Our hosting provider keeps short technical logs, which are deleted automatically. Messages you send us stay in our Instagram inbox until you or we delete them.

6. Marketing Messages

We send offers and updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp only if you have agreed to receive them or where the law allows. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to admin@slaykesh.com. Order and delivery updates are not marketing and will still be sent.

7. Product Reviews

Reviews are collected and displayed through Judge.me. If you submit a review, your name (as you provide it), rating, review text and any photos you add may be shown publicly on our website.

8. Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed: Shopify (our store platform), our payment providers, our courier and delivery partners, Google, Microsoft and Meta (analytics and advertising, as described in section 4), Judge.me (reviews), and Netlify (hosting for our Instagram automation). We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or restructuring of our business.

9. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep order and payment records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, and then delete or anonymise it.

10. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and our checkout is provided by Shopify over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can ask us for a summary of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to marketing, and raise a grievance with us. To do any of these, write to admin@slaykesh.com. We will respond within 30 days.

12. Deleting Your Data

To ask us to delete information about you, including your Instagram interactions with us, follow the steps at slaykesh.com/pages/data-deletion or email admin@slaykesh.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and your name, email or Instagram username. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email. We may keep information we are required to keep by law, such as records of orders you placed.

13. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers, such as Shopify, Google, Microsoft, Meta and Netlify, may store or process information outside India. Where this happens, it is done in line with applicable law.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
